I perform at a wide range of events, including:

• Weddings: I provide music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all tailored to your theme and preferences.
• Private Parties: I love celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, and family gatherings.
• Corporate Events: I’m available for holiday parties, team-building events, and corporate celebrations.
• Outdoor Events: I enjoy performing at garden parties, festivals, and community events.

Booking me is straightforward! Here’s how it works:

• Contact me: Fill out the contact form here with your event details, including the date, location, and type of event, remember to let me know if you would prefer an email or phone reply.
• Discuss details: I’ll reach out to chat about your specific requirements and preferences.
• Secure your date: I will send over a booking form to confirm all the details. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. 

To ensure my availability, I recommend booking at least 6 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. However, I may have last-minute availability, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I’m happy to travel anywhere for your special occasion! Travel costs within England are included in advertised prices, for all other locations quotes for travel can be arranged.

Yes, I come fully equipped with:

• PA sound system
• Microphones, an additional microphone can be provided for speeches
• Lighting (if required): I can provide ambient lighting to enhance the atmosphere.

All of my equipment is fully PAT tested. If your venue has specific equipment needs, please let me know in advance. 

Absolutely! I love performing outdoors. However, it’s important to consider:

• Weather conditions: I recommend having a backup plan, such as a tent or indoor space, in case of rain.
• Power supply: Please ensure that a power source is available for my equipment.

I understand that plans can change. My cancellation policy is detailed in the contract, but generally includes:  

• Notice period: Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance may receive a full refund of the deposit. Less than 60 Days: Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on circumstances. 
• Date change: If you need to change your date and the new date is free, I will happily move the date without a loss of deposit. If the required date is not available this will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be retained.

The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event date. I’ll send you a reminder ahead of time, so you have plenty of notice to make the final payment.  Early payments are accepted within 6 months of the event date.

Absolutely! I encourage couples to share any special song requests. I’m happy to learn new songs that hold significance for you, ensuring a personal touch on your special day. If you would prefer a different version, I can arrange for bespoke arrangements for you. 

We will discuss requirements before booking but as a guide, I will need:

• Access to a power source 
• Adequate space for, me, a mic stand and a small speaker
• Somewhere to change (a bathroom is fine) 
• Parking space 

There is no requirement to provide a meal but I am very grateful to those who do!
